Tap-In's Terms and Conditions


1. Booking Eligibility
Users must be 16 years or older to make a reservation. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation via the booking system.

2. Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of booking using the booking platform.
Accepted payment methods are specified on the booking platform and are subject to change.
Any reservation made in person or over the phone must be paid at time of reservation.
If you are paying with a Tap-In’s gift card, please call us to reserve.

3. Reservation Confirmation
Once a booking is made, you will receive a purchase confirmation email with the details of your reservation. Please review all details for accuracy. If any information is incorrect, please contact us immediately.

4. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time will be eligible to receive a full refund, a gift card for the full amount or the option to reschedule the reservation for a time that works for both parties.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time will be refunded in the form of a Tap-In’s credit or the reservation can be rescheduled for a time that works for both parties.
To cancel your reservation, please contact us by phone.

5. Changes to Booking
Requests to reschedule a booking must be made at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.
Rescheduling within 24 hours of the booking time may be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the same policy as cancellations.
Based on group size and event accommodations, the specific bay that your group is in may change.

6. Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time to maximize your reserved simulator time. Late arrivals may result in a reduced playing time without refund.
If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, we reserve the right to release the booking, and no refund will be given.

7. Usage Guidelines
Proper conduct is expected at all times. Damage to the simulator equipment due to misuse or inappropriate behavior may result in charges for repair or replacement.
Only the specified number of players in the booking confirmation are permitted in the simulator area unless otherwise arranged.

8. Health and Safety
Users should be in good health and follow all safety instructions provided on-site.
We are not responsible for any personal injuries or accidents that may occur while using the simulator.

9. Refund Policy
Refunds are only provided in compliance with our 24-hour cancellation policy.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances leading to our inability to honor the booking (e.g., equipment failure), we will offer a full refund or reschedule the booking as preferred by the customer.

10. Liability

We are not liable for any personal property loss, damage or injury during your time on the premises.
By using our facility, you and your guests agree to hold us harmless from any claims or liability for damages, loss or injuries resulting from the use of the driving range or simulators.

11. Simulator and Range Rules
Range Rules
- Hit at your own risk
- Observe others hitting space
- Stay behind mats when not swinging
- Grass hitting in designated area
- Take divots in straight lines
- Aim only at targets or center of range
- Please be respectful of other patrons
- No practice swings except on hitting areas
- We are not responsible for damaged, broken, or stolen clubs
- Dogs are not permitted on property unless registered as active service animal
- Outside food and alcohol is prohibited
- Range is under 24 hour video surveillance
- At no time is it acceptable to go onto the range, including to retrieve balls or clubs. Contact a Tap-In’s Employee for assistance.

Simulator/Luxury Bay Rules
- For your safety: Only one person allowed in the bay while playing
- No food or drinks allowed in the simulator
- Please clean your club faces prior to play
- Five minutes of every hour is reserved for changeover and set-up of the bays
- Play at own risk: Swinging clubs and balls exiting bays can cause injury.
- Damage to simulator area, bay area, and/or surrounding equipment during reservation must be reported to staff.

12. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version will be available on our booking platform.

13. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
